PSALM 126

1–2 minutes

When God restored His Zion’s captive throng,
We were like dreamers, filled with joy and song.
The nations said, “The Lord has done great things,”
Our mouths with laughter, praise to Him belongs.
Restore again, O Lord, as streams renew
The desert’s flow, our fortunes turn to glee.
Who sow in tears shall reap with joy’s breakthrough,
Their sheaves they’ll bear, in triumph’s victory.
